"The so called bon existent manager n non existent customer service is ridiculous I call every morning for the driver arrival time n I'm told a time n it's never that time. I was told by the manager while I'm attending to my sick daughter I needed to be looking out the window for 30 mins until they arrive. Then was hung up on 3 different times while I asked to get another ride. That was the last day I am using this terrible ran business again n for the manager Ellen u are a liar and disgraceful human u will answer to ur maker"

"Unexpectedly missed my ride today. Everyday was same today is different. I call help line I try to explain. Her name Jaime may be she not help me. after she cut the phone call. I think she boring her job. Some patient are different I am a dialysis patient. I have no ride. Driver should be mashup today. I know you guys good hard worker."

"Bucks County Transport has been nothing short of outstanding in taking care of transporting my paralyzed wife to her dialysis treatments and doctor appointments. They very quickly responded to our urgent need when our previous transportation could no longer take my wife by helping us through the approval process. Charlie provided the guidance in choosing a wheelchair that met the necessary safety requirements. Ellen then immediately set up the reservations for my wife's trips and has gone above and beyond to deal with changes to my wife's dialysis schedule. Dealing with someone like Ellen restores my faith that great customer service still exists. There have been several different drivers that have transported my wife (Tom, Cliff, Mike, Steve, Britney and John). Everyone of them have been very professional, courteous and kind to my wife. In my opinion Bucks County Transport is a great company because they have great people working for them."

"Bucks County Transport has been our ID daughters transportation since 2013. We have never had a problem or issue and every driver she has had has been professional, courteous and has treated her with respect and kindness. Her morning driver Bud is very nice and treats our daughter with so much kindness. Ellen in the office is amazing at her job and we have never had an issue with her in charge. Overall I would say that BCT has been a godsend to our daughter and they have our eternal gratitude."
