"Dispatched us on a load. I told them that our ETA was 3:30pm and they told me to send the truck in. Driver arrived and was told that they stop shipping at 2pm. I asked them for a Truck Order Not Used and they flat out refused. In my 22 years in this business, it's generally a sign that the broker is having cash flow problems. That being said, if I were a shipper or a carrier, I would run..... Booked this same exact shipment with a more reputable broker that knows this customer better and he said that they ship between 7am and 2pm, which means we were flat out lied to. Going forward, we will work with the other broker on this particular account."
