"I live there and been saying my place still needs to be painted since I moved in almost a year in aug and not been done and the ac I was promised never got. The trash is a big problem and it takes to long to get things fixed. Not a good place for kids. I regret moving in there but the layout and size of rooms are good"

"Please look for another apt. This place is gross and moldy, ceilings caving, drips from ceiling, mice, no playground for kids, snow never shoveled and should i go on. These people got kicked out of renting to tenants in new york. I pray the same thing happens in pa. They are the definition of slum lords and scumbags. As soon as i get together financially i am out!!!"

"I don't live here, but the conditions of the lot, exteriors, courtyard, and parking lots are getting really bad. Seeing water damaged wood around windows, cracked and un-level sidewalks, and driveways/parking spaces with tons of potholes and drainage issues"
