"Horrible, nice company, but there are bugs everywhere it’s disgusting, do not rent here."

"This company was comfortable renting me an apartment that was infested with bugs, and filthy from the previous tenant. Upon receiving the keys, it was immediately apparent that no one from the company had bothered to perform a cursory walk through of the property. The previous tenant left behind dishes in the dishwasher, food in the refrigerator, filth in the bathroom, and piles of swept dirt on the floor. The only benefit of their failure to clean is that I was able to immediately notice small black droppings concentrated in the kitchen and bathroom. Erica Hart seemed more concerned that I was pursuing return of my deposits/breaking the lease rather than the filthy state of the apartment. Notably, Erica Hart has left a 5-star rating on this establishment. This company does not have integrity, and does not maintain their property to a quality standard."

"This used to be a beautiful building to live in with responsive management until Al Shapiro fine apartments purchased the building and ran it to the ground. The building is infested with rodents, has back mold that the owners ignored and never remediated. There is garbage and trash everywhere. The common areas are never cleaned and the potholes in the back are a safety hazard. The ownership never responds. Maintenance is impossible to get in touch with. They simply don’t care about you and you are on your own. If you enjoy inhaling black mold, and waking up to mice on your counter this is the place for you!"

"Really really dishonest landlord!!!!! They refuses to pay your security deposit back and keep saying you owe their money!!!!!! and they do not reply or answer your phone after you move out. the security deposit is a lot of money!!!!!!!!!!"
