"I lived here for a little over two years. You cannot beat the price for the neighborhood. It's in a nice, quiet neighborhood and is in walking distance of Noble SEPTA station and several restaurants and bars, as well as LA Fitness. Karen in the leasing office was so nice and talked to us like we were part of her family. Maintenance was quick to fix any issues. Only reason why we left is because we bought a house. I don't understand the negative reviews because we never had a problem."
"Stay far away. The leasing lady is crazy. They take a month to respond to applications. Takes 10 phone calls to reach anyone. Horrible horrible place."

"I have been trying to get in contact with management for MONTHS about leasing. No one answers any of the numbers listed on the property and management is never in office"
"I tried to reach out to them about scheduling an appointment for a virtual tour for that apartment complex by sending them messages and calling them over the phone, but they didn't answer. I'm going to stay on top of that property, so I won't miss that opportunity to buy a one bedroom apartment from there."
