"The mice issue is true, we have heard other residents experiencing the same problem. Also people moved in with uneducated kids, running and yelling in the hallway. Left used carts in the elevator without returning them to the lobby. Cars got their window smashed including my vehicle. Stay away, you can find somewhere for a lower price. The good thing is my lease ends early next year. However, Rachel and Curtis should deserve a good amount of credit listening to my feedbacks and concerns. They are doing what they are paid for and it’s not their fault that my dishwasher and sink disposal each took a month to arrive. Shout out to concierges Ralph, Melissa, Janelle, Cliff, Ronny and many others who were friendly and helpful while they were around. Also Maintenance team Austin and Melody! They are working hard to get everything addressed as quickly as possible but it’s an old building so I understand the miss here and there."

"Im not usually the one to write reviews, but i gotta write one for these apartments. Been living here for a little more than a year now, and i can say the good and bad. So good, is that the apartments can be nice, depending on which style you get. Some apartments are older styling and they are cheaper, some are updated and pricier. As far as appliances, everything works so far, other than the fridge falling apart sometimes, dryer and washer were replaced. Carpet is nice, was new when moved in, but its a very simple apartment with high pay. Now the bad. The mice are unreal. The maintenance guys have came in several times, and seemed like they did something but still didnt stop the mice. Their everywhere and my wife and i are terrified. We have a baby on the way, and i DONT want ANY mice around my baby period, so we’ll be seeing to move in the near future. Theater downstairs also works whenever it feels like it, gym is nice. Hate that cant control temperature in the rooms, so constant battle with cold/hot is daily. Also was promised a EV charger, and never got it, nor does it seem like it will happen since they slightly dont care. People living here are nice, but ever since we moved in, hallways always smell like smoke. Very unpleasant, and my wife has to run downstairs in order not to throw up from the smell. Ive heard multiple cars getting vandalized as well, so thats something to consider. The pool was open very slightly this year, due to no one wanting to clean it in the beginning of summer. But overall, if i could id give a 1.5 star, because there are SOME pluses and COULD be better, but the management seems like they either don’t care, or just have too many mice issues all around the building. Choose wisely."

"The Gaiman Group, Should be ashamed of themselves. THIS IS A NASTY, RUNDOWN, MICE , & MOLD INFESTED PROPERTY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They need to do away with the snacks and welcome bags. Spend more emphasis on maintaining. Their nasty broke down dilapidated location!! Starting with a property manager that has experience. Getting rid of the mouse infestation. Along with the black, mold and old pipe issues. Poor lighting and security. Over 30 cars in their parking lot was vandalized. I worked as a leasing agent for a short time. It was a zoo daily. I often felt like I was not standing behind my sell. “ THIS IS NOT CONDUCIVE “ to healthy living. I feel awful for the nice older residents that constantly complain about issues in their apartment that never get resolved. Someone needs to call Montgomery County code enforcement and allow them to come in for a interview/ inspection. To see all the issues . I’ll end with ~ there’s a lot of older residents that reside there, once they pass on, they don’t even have the professionalism to properly cleanse the apartment prior to turning it over for a new resident. Stay away."

"There continue to be issues! MANAGEMENT does nothing to solve the problems. Between the MICE and MOLD in the apartments, the MONTGOMERY COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT needs to be involved. If GALMAN cared about their property they would correct the situation so that residents are not forced to move for their health. The MICE! This has been reported for months by multiple residents. They are seen running on many floors of the apartment. NO ONE CARES. It’s not seen as an emergency even when you are a senior and have them running past your feet creating a hazard. My mom fell and still nothing!!! People are moving out because maintenance doesn’t follow up and no one is taking it seriously. Still waiting on an exterminator. Don’t even get me started on the fact that the front door has been broken for months creating a FIRE HAZARD!"

"DO NOT LIVE HERE. This place is terribly managed. While living here I didn't have any hot water in my shower for over 3 whole months. Multiple lights and drawers were never fixed during my entire 14 months stay. The kitchen sink would constantly bubble over with other tenants dirty bubbly water from their washer and dryer filling up the sink and spilling onto the kitchen counter and floor. This would ruin anything that was on the kitchen counter. and contaminate food areas with dirty water. Our ceiling leaked water about a month before I moved out and ruined the ceiling and carpet. The maintenance office kept ignoring my calls to get this fixed saying they would take a look eventually. I had a scheduled move out for the end of august but they went in before the end of my lease without informing me because they thought I moved out. They weren't able to answer my calls to fix the ceiling for weeks before but they were able to go into my apartment WITHOUT my permission and strip everything for the move and fix the ceiling within a few days of thinking I left. They would constantly close out maintenance tickets without ever fixing issues. No one takes accountability and nothing gets done unless you call the office a bunch. This place is seriously managed worse than anywhere else I have ever lived. Seriously do not live here if you have the choice."
