"We just checked in after long flight and now I’m looking for another hotel to move to tomorrow. Room decoration is new and nice but it’s so dirty, we couldn’t use the restroom, and the living room is dirty as well. One more shocking thing, there is a mousetrap in the room which led me to read the reviews in google and found other guests had seen mice in their rooms. The 2 positive things in the hotel are: the room decoration, and the receptionist was so kind and respectful."

"Overall an ok experience. Got a room with a king bed. Everything was clean, but the mattress was not the most comfortable and made metallic clanking sounds when you sat in the edge. There was no hair dryer in the room and the ice machine didn't work. Breakfast was decent and staff friendly. Had an interesting experience as well when a man followed my boyfriend back to our room asking if "he was the guy he was looking for" and if he was interested in what he had to offer. No thank you. The guy just stood there until my bf quickly slipped back into the room. Also a lot of shouting going on. Fortunately, didn't hear most of it unless we were in the hallway (so decent room sound proofing) except for a woman shouting at someone right outside our door at 10 at night. Overall, wasn't the worst and did the job, but will look for other hotels in the area in the future."

"Not too bad of a hotel for a nights stay. When it comes to me looks play a major factor in how I feel about my hotel stays. Lobby wasnt too bad. As far as my room goes it was a nice touch with a welcome message on the TV as soon as I went in my room displaying my name. Things not so pleasing were the door where the door stop was looked like somebody tried to break in to that room once as you saw wood fragments missing right around the area where the door would make contact. The showerhead did not match the bathroom decor and had a black ring around the water jets on that shower head. I'm a bit of a bigger guy so it was a little hard to turn in the shower when you have broad shoulders. Didn't feel as big as other hotel showers. The breakfast selection was nice for a continental breakfast. It was a little confusing trying to find the syrup but eventually I did as it almost looked like it could be a waffle batter pump until you see the distinction between the two. Over all it wasn't a bad hotel. Minor improvements to this place and I feel as though it would be leaning towards a great hotel."

"I can't say enough great things about this hotel. We were in the middle of moving and had a bad experience at the Extended Stay so we came here for one week. First the staff are WONDERFUL! Despite the language barrier they all manage to go above and beyond for customer experience. Would make a suggestion Google Translate was a BIG help for housekeeping and they appreciate it! The front desk staff were always so happy, smiles and ready to help. We had our two young kids with us and the staff were so nice to them! The hotel lobby had popcorn and cookies which always put a smile on the kids faces. There were plenty of seating and tables around so if we wanted to eat dinner down there or work down there it was accommodating. The breakfasts were fantastic! So many options and so yummy!! There's a game room available which is so neat, could use some updates or even a table or two. Perhaps some board games as well. Location is okay for us it worked out because we were able to walk next door to the Urban Air during rainy days. Can't wait to stay here again."
