"This is a very pleasant place to live. I don’t usually have any complaints or maintenance issues, but when I do, I am always greeted by friendly, professional staff. Any issue is promptly handled by maintenance in the same friendly, professional manner. I love the view of trees in the park from every window in my apartment. This place is a sanctuary. My neighbors are quiet and clean. My son liked my place so much, he moved into one of their other buildings as well!"

"Beware: packages are stolen often here. Management has fake cameras in the lobby and does nothing about it. A box of diapers was recently stolen as well as high value items. It's not safe to ship packages here. If you can't trust that diapers will get to you safely, do you really want to live here? The rent is reasonable, the location is great. The maintenance is mediocre at best. Ive repaired some things in the apartment myself because maintenance has done a poor job. I recaulked, fixed electrical outlets. When i moved in, i smelled gas. Turns out, maintenance didn't screw in the hose to the stove all the way. Pretty dangerous. The front office doesn't return calls, no matter how many times you call. Overall, great place. My cat caught a mouse once. I saw a second one recently."

"If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. PLEASE read before you move in here because I wish I would have. First when I moved in, they forgot to turn my heat on and hot water. Then I discovered the water for my washer wasn’t turned on either (this was a recurring issue). The first day they failed to let me know that my door to my apartment automatically locks so when I went to go to the store I was locked out and had to call an after hour maintenance and was charged $75 to get back into my apartment which took over an hour for someone to arrive (they did end up giving me my money back after I complained). There is literally NO parking available after a certain time in the evening. Me, a full time student, waitress and Navy reserve member I have a busy schedule and there’s never parking. All the surrounding areas are tow zones too. So I was forced to pay a $40 a month parking fee for a reserved spot. In this reserved spot my car got broken into and my change, ray bans sunglasses and other items were stolen out of my car. I have the loudest neighbors they blast music every morning around 630am to the point where my floors vibrate. I have made 4 noise complaints and no action has been made. They told me that’s weird because they never get noise complaints here and I even offered to show them a video of how loud the music is through my room. I have had over 10 maintenance calls made, clogged sinks, broken lights (which my light fixture has fallen twice on me while I was in the kitchen), loud and rattling air conditioner (the air conditioner shakes so loud while running and when I first turn it on it’s so loud you can hear it from my room. When I made a complaint about this they told me it’s an old apartment and there’s nothing they can do.), broken mirrors in the bathroom, broken bathtub stopper, broken thermostat etc. these should have ALL been fixed prior to them allowing someone to move into an apartment. THEN I’m forced to pay a trash service fee that I can’t even utilize because of my working hours. The hallways stink and the floors and walls are dirty. I have made two bug complaints since I moved in. There was first roaches in my kitchen and then there were spiders, gnats (so many gnats and I keep my apartment spotless, and some centipede looking insects. After ALL of these issues they had the NERVE to charge me a $50 renters insurance fee in the SAME month that I switched providers. I literally just switched my insurance company but I had insurance the entire time and they still charged me a fee. Yes, it is in the lease to provide them a copy which I ended up doing but it amazes me that no action comes from them regarding my complaints but as SOON as I forgot to give them a piece of paper they were quick to charge me money. This place is RIDICULOUS, dirty, loud and has terrible maintenance. Save yourself the trouble and Do not move here !"

"Nice & peaceful place to live with a 1 min walk to Gladstone station from where you get to center city in 20 mins. Beautiful green surrounding view from the apartment & ample parking. Spacious balcony & washer dryer in unit. Friendly staff. Neighboring Hoffman park & Darby creek waters make the view even better."
