"The worst apartment complex ever you have to pay share utilities even if you’re not even there. Roach infested , Dirty carpet dirty walls. No handicap parking spot. Expired fire extinguishers. Poor customer service no one’s in the office. Office manager always having an attitude. Very racism towards Black people and elderly people. I will not rent an apartment even if it’s the last apartment on earth that’s available. They swap lease. And they do not shovel the snow properly. You have to share utilities even if you’re not even an apartment. Do not trust them they are very manipulative and liars. Also had fleas roaches and cockroaches and mice in the apartments. I’m already moving out and my lease is not even over."

"I was so excited to move into my new home that was quickly short lived. There were red flags such as constantly calling to see if you’re approved. I had to call a few times to know. The pricing of a two bedroom was 1329 without a garage, this complex is all about money. They wouldn’t even let you stay if the electric isn’t in your name despite being the start day on your lease. You will split gas sewage and water throughout the complex. They pay for NOTHING! Be mindful at night time you might not get parking. While walking in there’s stains and smell of smoke in the hallways and even the mailbox wide open and The doors are flimsy . Now as we enter the apartment it was so spacious loved the closets but the bathroom and kitchen should’ve been cleaned prior to new tenants. Brown stuff on the walls, cabinets and door. The air conditioner is old and outdated. The tenant upstairs might have had a surround system that is so loud you can hear word for word on tv. I was willing to look pass all that but what made me completely change my mind was the infestation of ROACHES! I swear it didn’t come out until I signed my lease. I was sooo disgusted at three different roaches in the spans of thirty minutes. Because it was the weekend I had to wait for extermination which now meant I couldn’t move in . I looked in the cabinets dead roaches inside there. I asked to terminate the lease and decided not to move forward. They Want too much money to not upkeep the property! Even though it put me in a bind I left. I want my application fee back as well because there’s absolutely no way this wasn’t known. The picture they advertised is not what you will get . The owner of Westwood properties need to be investigated for the filth they are allowing tenants to live in without updates."

"The maintenance team is excellent and swift with responding to request. I do think for the prices more updating, i.e. painting, fresh carpets, etc and upgrading should be done."

"This is the worst place ever. These new charges are ridiculous. How is my water bill and sewer bill is more than my electric bill. $90 is crazy. We are being overcharged and it is not right. Im done with this place when my lease is up. Don't move to Woodward properties ever. When I called the main office the people is very rude!"
