Apartments by the Park 250 Ann Street, Easton, PA 18042

"My 19 year old son and his friend gave MIKE DEVINE a 975$ cash deposit to move in. They found a much nicer place the next day and decided not to move in to Apartments by the park. They didnt sign a lease, and offered him 50$ for his time, but needed their money back, which was a security deposit, and MIKE DEVINE told these young men hes keeping their deposit. So basically hes stealing from people. His employers should be notified of his behavior immediately!!!! He should be arrested as well."

"I used to live here. Never had one issue here. The owner and Manager - Mike Devine is a very nice person. The only people who I think that complain are the ones who cause problems or are late with thier rent. Maintenance was prompt and friendly. Very nice area to live in Southside Easton PA. And yes t bere are sliders, however you are close to the woods and a river- you can find spiders anywhere you live. They are always improving things there and I felt comfortable and safe. Definitely would move back here..."

"This place is too much. They have a cleaning lady but there are spider webs and spiders all throughout this building. (Inside and out) the landlord is too involved in who YOU (as a paying tenant) are bringing over. On top of just having nosey neighbors. This place isn't worth the money, especially if your a veteran on the HOPE program. I've been here for 5 months and I'm ready to leave!"
