"This place has a very dangerous person living in it, they are extreremly Controlling, they're making sure who visits you and most of all at what time you head out the door and at what time you arrive home. Make smart choices because this place is not worth it."

"This place is terrible, everything is old and falling apart. The only good thing about it is reasonable price (barely). Every time it rains the power always goes off just in the apartment complex area, everything is old and it sucks especially everyone who’s buying groceries and the fridge just doesn’t work or wants to spend time with family or goes to school and wants to do homework but can’t because the power always goes out when a little leaf or wind hits the fuse box or wires, how ever that works. It’s excruciating and obnoxious and I will never recommend this place to anyone. Maintenance is useless and all they are good for is just taking money."

"I wish I could give a zero star because they don’t even deserve a 1 star. If you’re thinking about renting here, DON’T! I asked them if they had a one or 2 bed unit available and the lady told me I NEED a 2 bedroom unit and they would not give me a 1 bedroom because it was me, my fiancé and my 3 year old. Whoever the lady was that I spoke with on the phone was very nasty and rude. Making her self seem better than me. Super unprofessional. Don’t tell me what I need. If I wanna make my living room my bedroom I WILL. I have never experienced such an unpleasant apartment complex. Absolutely horrible."

"My father and I lived at Hamilton Linden Gardens for 8 years. If not for the fact that we both are on a fixed income, we would STILL be there. We both really enjoyed living there. The apartment was very nice and spacious, the grounds were well kept, and the maintenance team was terrific. We never waited more than a day for a repair, and they were always very cordial and friendly. The property manager and office staff are great too, and I'm proud to say we've become very good friends. I still visit from time to time when the weather allows, and it feels like I've never left. If I ever hit the lottery, I'd definitely move back there!!"
