"I was very disappointed with my experience here. While it is a good neighborhood and some of the units have good updates, I ended up finding a better place elsewhere. The management and leasing agents did not make me feel at home. For my viewing, they showed up almost an hour late and it went downhill from there. The building reeked of marijuana, had extremely beat-up walls (missing paint chunks and was extremely marked up), the unit itself did not have an AC in the bedroom and the unit reeked of cigarette smoke. There were some updated appliances but the kitchens are extremely small and narrow with almost no counter space. The w/d was in the kitchen and took up excessive space. In the parking lots, there is random debris including PVC piping and trash. I was disappointed. In addition, there are NO utilities included in the rent price. To use the amenities they advertise (fitness center and pool) is actually an additional cost ($10/month for the fitness center and $50-75/season for ~3 months to use the pool). While the neighborhood is ok, I found better elsewhere."

"I’ve been living here for almost 1 year, I feel at ease for the most part. There’s always a neighbor or two that could do better and maintenance could be better at maintaining the common areas but it’s not bad either. Maintenance has shown up whenever I need it. Overall is a good place to live and I would recommend it."

"I have lived here since the beginning of the year. With the lack of maintenance response from the office. To the lack of response from the office workers. Every time I have to discuss an issue with anything in the apartment it takes weeks to not get a reply from them, only when you walk into the office and if they don't run and hide or say they are busy do you get any kind of response. I would not recommend living here month to month either because they surprise you with a $351 month to month convenience fee. Reply The management team does not reply. That's the whole problem."

"I lived here for 2 years and I would not recommend it. The maintenance guys were very friendly but were overworked and hardly had time to complete jobs. The dumpsters were always overfilled. During my time there I had three separate instances of neighboring units flooding and leaking into my unit. We had to frequently evacuate the building for fire alarms because the oven range hoods DO NOT work, so even cooking a steak would cause smoke to buildup in the apartment. When I finally left I gave two months notice that I would be ending my lease a month early. They proceeded to charge me with some ridiculous fees to leave early, despite originally being told there would be none. Also the rent is way too high for what you get. Much better options elsewhere."
