Panera Bread

"Panera is a dependable national chain. I really appreciate that they ask about food allergies. They accommodate my dairy allergy by labeling and packaging my food to avoid cross contamination. My only complaint would be the $3 ice tea."

"Went to drive thru at 7 pm Thursday. Service took so long. At least 20 mins to get a salad and soup. They only had apples for sides."

"Dealing with your "new" staff is beyond frustrating! They should be informed that online orders are prepaid. It's ridiculous that when picking up a simple order like a loaf of bread, they question how many slices you want and hint at paying again. I understand how hard it is to train at a new job and all the other experiences that comes with it. The new trainee acts like the store manager, thinking she knows it all and displays an unnecessary level of attitude of rudeness. It's annoying, especially when you're a regular customer who's already paid online. This trainee needs a reality check and some serious humbling"

"This is the only Panera Bread I’ve ever ordered from, so I have no comparison but take out was delivered very fast. Food was good. We ordered Margherita pizza, Mediterranean sandwich, broccoli Mac and cheese, raspberry iced tea, and berries smoothie. Everything was really good. I’m personally a fan of their broccoli Mac and cheese and smoothies. I wish they had a few other vegetarian options, but I guess compared to other chain restaurants it’s not that bad. I think it’s a good place for relatively cheap lunch."
