"This place is by far the worse office I’ve ever been to. The staff is horrible. They look like they hate their job. I got charged $145 deductible when I don’t even have one this year cause I gave birth. All they could say was “that’s the policy”. They could not explain to me the details of the payment and made me sign something saying I could not get a refund EVEN if my insurance covered it. Like how ridiculous and shady is that? The office is deff doing something shady with its clients. Their clients are mostly minorities which probably don’t question the charges. They also messed up my sons date of birth, I’m sure they did this on purpose cause they got upset when I questioned my charge. Eventually their mess up on the DOB messed up with the prescription pick up which was a pain. Oh & I forgot to mention that the office itself is disgusting, smelly and dirty. Never coming here again the ONLY reason I had come here was cause the doc was my childhood doc and wanted to take my child there but never again."

"I have called several times to try and get my son‘s shot records and every time I’m told the office manager is out and that person is the only one that can do the shot records. Although Dr. Olumba, himself is a great pediatrician, the practice is not run efficiently. There are always multiple appointments for the same time, everyone in the waiting room, and the front desk staff is not very professional."

"I would give a 0 but that is not possible. The office is in an absolute utter chaos. They can't manage appointments. They would schedule you but the doctor wouldn't show up. The assistants wouldn't tell u until u ask them. Well you reschedule this time 15 patients are scheduled at the same time. All waiting in the same room with their guardians and/or parents for hours. You may come fine but get corona when they leave. First thing I will change my kids doctor."
