"This place has really gone down since they first opened. 1. They can't even open on time. 2. Ordered pb swizzle bowls twice now and they substitute real strawberries with some hard crunchy stuff which is horrible and stains your teeth. 3. Quality of products seems to have gone down. 4. Don't bother ordering online because 9 out if 10 it won't be ready."
"I remember when Smoothie King first opened I couldn’t wait to go. In the past few months the smoothies are watered down not thick. Today July 12, 2023 this morning there were two young girls working the front. The manager older had to literally tell the young girl to read the ingredients she didn’t know what they were or pronounce the ingredient. I ordered the 32oz like I always do it was. It didn’t reach the line where the smoothie is supposed to stop. The taste was like powdery not smooth at all. So I said it’s not to the top she just looked at me and didn’t give an explanation. The other young lady told her to spoon out the rest of the smoothie. By that time she had put water in it. The other young lady offered to do another one but I was pressed for time. So I walked out very disappointed. While waiting for my smoothie to be made. There were a few things I noticed. Floor dirty not swept; windows dirty, the area behind the blenders was a mess. I did smell Clorox in the air. The shelves unstocked I can go on and on. Please Sir have a professional cleaning business come through and give your place a good cleaning. I like that it’s black owned but you got to do better. Ms. Moody"
