"I brought my new I pad mini in the have one scratch fix to have a new screen. This man kept it for 3 days then took screws from the inside and the battery retainer from my iPad returned it to me charged me 100$ and put the cheapest screen they could on it. So angry. Never had this iPad mini worked on it was new. Then the screen wasn’t registering touch again one week later. He took it kept it another day and tried to get me to buy a new LCD screen. I said no. Had it worked on in a different store and they told me yes they took the screws and battery retainer. Very angry and I would never send anyone there. I want my money back and the price for the parts that were stolen."
