"First time there and it will be the last time! Very disappointed! Employees acted like they didn’t want to be there. I had to keep repeating my order to them. And what I paid was ridiculous for the small amount of ice cream that I received. My only mistake was not driving back to get a refund!"
"They were serving soupy extremely soft ice cream. Several flavors were not fit to be served and while it looked solid in the display, the one I ordered melted even more on the counter immediately upon mixing. It was only 75 outside today, the building was cool enough and air conditioned, clearly the freezers were not working. Definitely not the Cold Stone experience I have ever had in the past at any other location, even at the beach in the middle of August."
"The place was very busy around 9 o'clock on a Thursday night. They have a lot of flavors to choose from and they also have a chocolate one that is almond milk. You can also buy ice cream cupcakes or cakes! It's all yummy"
"Order the Birthday Remix through DoorDash and it arrives looking like milk chocolate chocolate chip ice cream cause it’s been over mixed and it’s mush by the time it travels 1.9 miles. This has happened multiple times always in the evening."
"Happy up see this store is making us safe, it was clean and orderly. The only thing I’ll recommend was that hand sanitizer was almost empty but all in all. The store was clean and only two people are allowed at a time."
