"Food was garbage, the Cajun shrimp pasta wasn’t even cooked it was like sushi shrimp. The sushi was not there. Chips and salsa what a joke half a plate, half a cup. Didn’t even bring out the other side I ordered thank goodness. Saved $13 that way. On top of that my kids chicken strips were way over done I mean hard as a rock my 5 year old couldn’t even bite into it. My personal meal the ribs were awful along with the potatoes and non buttered garlic broccolis. It took a good solid 4 minutes just to get seated. We should have known. Had to ask for refills…seriously though avoid this place at all cost."

"Man this place is not good. Ordered carryout for the first time today. They were nowhere near busy, yet my order was 15 minutes late, but I figured it's late so at least it will be hot. That wasn't the case, the fries were ice cold. And part of my order they didn't even have, the green beans. But they don't tell me until they bring it out and hand me the bag of food. No wonder TGIFs are closing. No possible way I'm coming back."

"My daughter turned 17 today. My goal is to make her happy. Mike the manager was very professional and accommodating. His staff made my daught feel so so special. They did an amazing job. Mike is a class act. Much gratitude and appreciation."

"This is the third time we have ordered To-Go from FRIDAYS in the past two months and this might be the last. With every order it appears service and care is severely lacking. When we ordered desserts with UberEats, all three of them were packaged with little care. The caramel cheesecake was broken apart in two chunks, the rainbow cake frosting and cake had broken pieces falling off the ends, and the Oreo cookie ice cream was melted beyond recognition (and we live less 1.5 miles from this establishment). This time, the rib order completely missed the Mexican corn side and only came with fries. Frankly it’s not worth it to drive back, let our other food grow cold, and ask for it. I suspect the people packing and verifying know this because they simply don’t double check the orders or presentation. The onion rings — perhaps I received three whole rings, the remaining others were broken pieces. The chicken fajitas were dry and overall the food was prepared without any care or consideration for the guests. I don’t believe we would have received similar food had we dined at the restaurant. It makes me reconsider tipping at all on To-Go orders. I could continue, but I hope this gives you insight."

"I was a little disappointed in the pretzel sticks appetizer...they were a little burnt but still good...and my whisky sampler. The shrimp and ribs were very good except they bread the shrimp with tails on so beware. The chicken however was way overcooked and very dry. The excuse was training a new fry cook, but they should have taken it off my bill. I also tried the new Ocean Oasis drink which was really good. Don't forget to join the new updated rewards app! Free chips or $3 off an appetizer each visit!"
