"I can not say enough good things about Fort Steuben Maintenance. My elderly mother (89) had a main water pipe line break. Three inches of water poured into her basement. Fort Steuben Maintenance showed up quickly and fixed the problem swiftly and correctly. They worked tirelessly late into the evening. Also, Fort Steuben Maintenance reached out to an electrician that was needed and to another company for the water mitigation part of the problem. I feel extremely grateful because Fort Steuben Maintenance saved the day and was able to ease my mother's mind. Fort Steuben Maintenance went above and beyond. They gave a fair price for the job. I will call them in the future for any other plumbing needs. I will continue to recommend Fort Steuben Maintenance to neighbors and friends. "The crew is working up on euclid Ave in Toronto and just a note on how I have been treated by all the guys I have talked too. very nice polite even was even concerned on how to make it right for me when they when a situation came up.I ask alot of questions to a few different guys and very respectfully and polite.now don't know about the work yet they are not finished. just to report on how nice they all were.they have gone out of their way to make things right I'd hire these guys in a minute."

"I didn't want to even give this company one star. They are extremely rude, leaves the house in a mess, does not pick up after themselves, leaves pipes ect. in the yard, use a your own property instead of their own tools, cut a hole in our wall and never covered it back up and then didn't even bother to relight our hot water tank. Also, there was an electrical problem afterwards. When called to fix their mess and problem they sent a restoration company Alexander the great, instead, to do their job. For an electric/plumbing company they are by far the worst I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They do not introduce themselves, they act like you are bothering them on their time, when in fact they are being paid for a job. Please take this review extremely serious and call someone else."

"Fantastic company. Fantastic work. A few gentlemen stopped by my house and leveled off a hole in my yard to perfection after a new fire hydrant was put in. The gentlemen didn't know I was listening but were talking about how they filled the hole once to let it sit after the rain, then came back to finish the job which showed a detail oriented work ethic and genuine care of a person's property. Great Job!"

"I was stunned by the rude treatment I received. I called them last week for an urgent situation. They said they would send someone today. When I called today they told me it would be a few days before they could come. The woman was extremely rude. I said it was an emergency and that someone in her office told me they would send help today, but she wouldn't budge and said that they would not be sending anyone for several days. I will not be turning to them ever again and suggest no one else do so. They need to understand that this not how you treat customers!"
