"I had a disappointing experience at Nalley Fresh when I visited for the first time. The employees, including a taller African American man with a hat on, were incredibly rude and unhelpful. I ordered an item from the kids' menu, which was displayed, but they didn't have it. Instead of handling the situation professionally, this employee made a mockery of me. It was a discouraging experience, and I hope they can improve their customer service in the future"
"Raising prices && now charging for bags?! Pathetic -_- I’ve been going here for years and the loyalty program changed too 9/18/23 update: I went in yesterday for a salad and the light skin heavy set man w/ the longer hair made it. Usually he is friendly and courteous. This day he was slow & made my salad while texting! He didn’t use that same texting hand for my food, but he was slow to respond to my ingredients! When I’d speak up and reiterate what I wanted, he looked at me as if I was bothering him, with an attitude. I thought he’d get the hint w/ my tone and the way I looked at him but he continued to be on his phone WHILE making my salad. Unacceptable! I’m taking a long break from this location smh"

"Honestly, a 3 is generous but I recognize that with Covid ongoing everyone is having issues. Props to the employees for doing their best but the whole experience during the lunch rush was not good. I went in for the juror special and they no longer honor that so I ordered something I wouldn’t have actually wanted if I had known. Additionally the service was slow (20+ minutes) and they made my salad wrong anyways. When I went in to get my missing ingredient I got the tiniest little cup of it. It tasted fine but I wish I had gone just about anywhere else for lunch. Again, props to the employees for doing their best but there are so many nearby better and quicker options."
