"These apartments are wonderful! I rented with Pat via AirBNB when I was working on a musical in Pittsburgh. The location was amazing as it was only a short drive from the theatre district and walking distance from loads of great food. The property has all of the amenities you would need and the owners are incredibly communicative. I'd highly recommend booking this place especially if you work in theatre. They were really accommodating for our show dates and just all around great hosts."

Pat communicates well with residents and is accessible/responsive should any issues arise. The property is well maintained. The parking lot is clutch with the narrow streets throughout South Side."
"We had a great experience with the rental. The place was exactly as pictured - very clean with all essentials needed for the stay - including clean extra bedding and towels. The instructions provided were very clear and easy to follow - from the parking to using the electronics, the wi-fi code and the laundry facility. The host was very pleasant in all communications and responded in a timely fashion. We were there for a month and did not have a single issue with anything. I would highly recommend this a great place to stay in this area."
"I had a wonderful experience staying in this apartment. Having a private parking space in the Southside Flats neighborhood is invaluable. The unit is comfortable, very clean and far enough away from Carson Street so it's quiet. Pat is very responsive and helpful. I'd happily stay again in the future."
