"Next door neighbor very noisy at in the morning and 10pm at night running up steps and slamming there door my mom lives here and they are next to her. Every time I'm there they slamming door and running up and down steps I am only at my moms when I have appointments in cranberry but they are terrible"

"Edited on October 10, 2023. This will be my third year leaving a review. I have been a resident here for almost three years. I love it here. Anytime I had an issue, I had no problem communicating with the office manager. Always appreciate the friendliness from office manager and as well maintenance guys. Also whenever I had an issue, even if it was my fault- I received positive support from everyone and I appreciate that. Five star for third year in a row!"

"I lived at Old Towne when I was a kid for a few years. When my boyfriend and I were looking for a place to rent in Cranberry Twp, I immediately remembered Old Towne. My mom said the rent for a two bedroom town home is amazing, and it absolutely is still amazing! I worked with Lori to find our town home and she is very helpful and super nice! You can't beat the price for rent and you get a two bedroom town home with either a huge basement or a garage. The town homes are very clean and spacious, they deep clean the town home before you move in! Also, the location is great! You can easily access 79 and the Turnpike as well as easy access to major stores and restaurants. This is a great location for access, but the complex is tucked away off Rowan Road and it's a quiet neighborhood. Definitely give them a call!"

"My husband and I lived at Old Towne for 1.5 years and would've lived there longer but moved out of state. We really enjoyed our experience there! Great location and a friendly and quiet neighborhood. The town homes are very clean, nice, and reasonably priced. The office staff is so friendly and are very attentive to whatever needs you may have. We only had one or two maintenance requests but they were taken care of quickly and they always notified you before they entered your apartment. The only thing we didn't like were the laundry facilities. They provide hookups in the town homes, but if you didn't have your own washer/dryer, the ones they had in their laundry room were older and the dryers didn't work well. Overall, we loved living here and would absolutely recommend this rental company!"

"My husband and I needed to secure rental housing for a year. I took my first tour at Old Towne with Lori. It was pouring down rain that day, but that didn't stop her from giving me a complete tour. I was impressed by the quiet, clean, intimate environment. When we were ready to rent, again Lori was extremely helpful and understanding. The office staff made the rental process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Carol was very friendly and helpful on the day that we actually signed our lease. The townhouse was available on the promised date complete with a new kitchen, paint and carpet. Old Town is the perfect solution to our rental needs."
