"Awful place to live. The owners take care of NOTHING and they patch up things to pass HUD inspections. One of the buildings needed a drain because the sidewalk floods when it rains and they actually dug a hole and put a grate over it to appear as if they took care of the problem. I took a video of them doing it. Garbage is always overflowing from dumpsters and trash is everywhere. They obviously don't have enough dumpsters to handle the garbage for all the residents and would rather see garbage everywhere than have a sufficient amount of dumpsters. They also sent out evictions to residents telling them they are not allowed to have cats so everyone who has cats put them outside to fend for themselves. Now there's a million cats all over the property."
"They don't like to fix anything. I called about my tub for two weeks with no results. Then when he did show up he left and didn't return. Left my tub non working. Called emergency line cause my children needed showers for school. I was told it wasn't a emergency. Just because we're black doesn't mean we don't wash our behinds"
"This place has went down hill. The grounds are not kept up and it shows the lack of care for the residents."
"UPDATE: I called attorney generals office and LCAP they said this did not sound right and said it sounded like a scam! I would suggest someone who lives there to ask questions to section 8 office or who ever handles this. I want to know why westview terrace apartments sent out re certification papers on March 19 2020 at around 4pm from the maintenance crew to be filled and sent in no later than March 23rd 2020. What i don't understand is why they don't want you to date it, they want personal info also. Like how much money you have in your pocket, what pharmacy you use and medications you are on etc. And if not filled and sent in no later than March 23rd you could be evicted lose your housing? This smells shady to me!!!"
