"It's a great community of retired folks and young starting families. Great value for the monthly cost. Excellent maintenance staff. Safe to go out at any time. If you're to live in Steubenville this is the place to be. Conveniently located near the mall and restaurants. Mark the owner is a very caring person for his tenants and wants the best for them. He is constantly looking for ways to improve the property when the money allows. Great place to call home!"
