"Please, as a previous tenant DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. And if you live here MOVE OUT. Worst apartment complex I’ve ever paid money to. Office personnel will directly yell at you. Owners are even a worse joke. Good luck in the winter, they don’t have the lot plowed no matter how many feet of snow fall. And good luck trying to get to your apartment on the sidewalks aka ‘ice skating rink’ I’ve personally had to shovel the parking lot and salt the sidewalks just to get out of the complex. Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere for living arrangements. Let’s not forget the $200-$300 monthly electricity bills in the winter because of their heating source."
"I lived here for 2 years and had absolutely no problems. When our hot water tank crapped out maintenance replaced it the next day. If it wasn't for the fact that our family size grew to needing a third bedroom, we would still be living here. I loved living here, if we there were 3 bedroom apartments for rent we wouldn't have left."
