"Would give zero stars if I could mean ladies that only help you if they are fond of you. Very nasty attitude. Very unprofessional at all times. They do what they want to do just like everyone told me not to deal with them but I didn't listen. Long story short, never found housing a call back. Anything if they don't like you, you're screwed"

"I just adore the staff at Gary M. Crim. Renae Is a very personal able and usually really nice. Paula showed me quite a few properties and she seemed to enjoyed what she does. They have many resident through out the Southside. I've never really had any big issues with maintenance, my small problems they do usually come and fix in a jiffy."
"I don't personally live in one of their locations but I did call to see what was available. I found out they weren't pet permitting so I had no interest. My issues lie with the customer service because the older lady over the phone decided to ha g up on me as I was trying to ask another question. No good day or anything. I felt disrespected and unwelcomed even over the phone. Dont think I'll ever recommend this company due to the lack of professionalism I felt in a single phone call. Very bad first and last impression."
