"Not a safe place for single mothers with children. No cameras in any of the areas. Harassment by other people living here is way too often especially when you live your life quietly but that’s your problem to deal with . Favorites are huge here . Definitely will have roaches .. unless you literally live every breathing second cleaning and putting money towards getting rid of them. Maintenance does what they can with what they have but be expected to pay hefty fees for things that were most definitely already broken before you move in . 10/10 do NOT recommend moving here if you have children. People are 100% jealous If you have anything better then them here and they will make sure you know it"

"Know a few people who stayed here years ago. The halls in each complex reminds me of the halls in project highrises in cities like the Bronx. You have to walk a mile from the parking lot to the building. True pain in the butt when you have groceries. Drive slow because there is always several deer running throughout. A nice big Spanish church was recently built nearby. A few bodies have been found in vacant apartments. Rent is based on income."
