"Great location, close to everything and within walking distance. Manager is fantastic and so is the maintenance team! They stay on top of things and it’s clean. Rent is reasonable, nice pool and neighbors are great! Would like to be able to have dogs though. The Meadows is a great place to be!"

"I lived at the Meadows for 10 years, and the management is usually good regarding repairs and maintenance issues. Occasionally, there was problems with the drains in the laundry room backing up, and the apartment next to us flooded, but they did the best they could to accommodate those who were affected. However, There is little if any justification for the huge increase in rent in a relative short period of time, and in the last few years, the ceiling has become increasingly loud...between the rent hikes, the noise issues with the ceiling and our upstairs neighbors, along with a constant fear of flooding, my wife and I wanted to move to the top floor, but the going rate was $740, while we paid $630 only because we have lived here for 10 years...they couldn't transfer our lease, so in the end, we got priced out. The one positive aspect is that there is no section 8, which is why this community is relatively peaceful...but unfortunately, over priced too. The overall quality of life hasn't improved in proportion to the rent increase...in the end, the hikes in rent far surpassed the luxury of a swimming pool and the convenience of the location in proportion to the daily nuisances"

"This complex seems fine, but after living here 2 years, it's obvious the buildings are in need of repair. My bathroom ceiling has leaked & flooded 3 times & each time, maintenance suggests it's my fault & then takes 7 weeks to repair the damage. They also said they need proof of the leak, such as a video, because the water activitely dripping down & the brown water spots aren't evidence. As I write this, my hallway is flooding from the furnace & management has left no emergency contact numbers for the holiday. I'm sure when they respond we'll be questioned & blamed, as usual. But thanks so much for the seasonal gatherings, that are obviously a waste of the surplus money from the overpriced rent"

"Leasing manager never answers her phone. Never communicates direction on what needs to be done upon move out. Very rude. Apartments are old, dirty, and full of stink bugs. Run as far away as you can. Do not rent from Simco!"

"I had great experience living there, close to everything! Very clean, no pets place. Pool is awesome! Management will definitely cooperate with you in case you have issues. I have lived there for 2 years."
