"Management is friendly & compassionate. Maintenance is on the ball, and always offers a smile. Which is rare, and very appreciated! The building is nice, clean, and has a friendly atmosphere. It's a very nice place to live, peaceful. My only issue is the disregard for rules, especially when you move in the non-smoking rule! Tenants sadly have no respect for others even those of us with health conditions... Otherwise I do love my apartment! Well it's been almost 3 years now since I posted this review. Wow time flies, I'd have to say the review I posted back then still stands accurate. Same complaint about smoking, but otherwise it's a nice building, nice place to live. Every place has it's quirks, but for the price of rent these days I'd say it's fabulous. And I still love my apartment, and I've come to care very much for my neighbors in the building. Maybe that's me, but I feel protective over most of them. The staff are pretty cool as well."

"According to the owner my review was filled with misleading information I apologize for that. I was told that somebody else may be taking over the building but apparently that's incorrect. The residence I've spoken to said that they enjoy living there but usually keep to themselves. Based on what I've seen they do seem to be well kept up."

"I’ve lived here many years and love it. The building manager Donna is very friendly and professional ,as well as Kim and the Maintenance. All of them know my name and always smile and say hello. The apartment maintenance is kept perfect and am real impressed with the remodeling. My favorite is the new carpeting on all the floors. Thanks."
