"Been a resident for almost a decade and the new management has drastically improved the place. Edit: Ever since the renovations earlier this year the quality has plummeted drastically. As winter is around the corner I can feel the chill coming from the AC unit causing my hands and feet to get cold rapidly and furthermore when the heat was turned on the boiler was causing unbelievably loud racket and I suspect it has been broken since then as heat is no longer turned on. They should have hired professionals for the renovations as it has not even been a year and the paint is already peeling from the walls."

"Horrible place to live. There's so many shootings down here. Drugs are everywhere. Even the kids have guns. Murders happen down here. Management is non-existent. Maintenance doesn't know anything. Nobody will return your calls. Ever. Nobody cares about the residents. Definitely don't care about handicapped people. Parking is a joke. Maintenance will steal from your apartment. The list goes on. Arson is apparently ok. Cops refuse to do anything if you get physically assaulted"

"This place is awful. The management is incompetent, and the previous apartment manager stole our rent money. They locked us out of our apartment and then accused us of breaking lease. Twice now they've mistakenly threatened eviction over rent money we don't owe them. Not to mention the fact that they don't answer the phone nor return calls. Maintenance has failed to fix a leak in our ceiling and it's been over 6 months since we first notified them. When they were renovating our apartment, they tore up the ceiling and there was water pouring into our apartment. It's the worst place. If you're in need of low income housing, I recommend finding some other place. Don't live here, if you can help it."
