"A bunch of money hungry bullys .1st class expectations was it Skid Row accommodations more worried about cutting your grass for 175 fee then they are the sewage that runs down the main road.or the Cockroaches infestation that plags this "community "need to worry less about if you parked your car on the rite side of the line .get some street lights ,busstop sheltersfor kids and stop raising the rent evrry 2weeks my rent has gone up 175$ since i moved in less than 2 years ago. That's all I got . come visit us a tribute to dictatorship"
"I would give this place a negative review, but it won't let me give anything less than a 1. Ran by unprofessional Crack heads. Son of the landlady is high when working or doing anything for the park. They refuse to fix anything for their tenants. I've been through quite a few trailers while on the job. Holes everywhere and the floors are falling through. Trailers full of trash and broken kids toys or furniture. Mold and animal feces in quite a few. Takes years for them to get to anything and it usually ends with them doing nothing and just giving a roundabout on why nothing is being done. You all should be ashamed to call yourselves landlords"
