"Food and service good, but dine-in is always a disaster. Been there 4X. Tables never clean with no effort being made to remedy. Here’s hoping improvement comes quickly because I enjoy the food!"

"The food is pretty good when it is correct however if you make the mistake of doing a pickup order where you're not standing right over them and pointing at what you want you're in trouble. After paying $30 for two burrito bowls and receiving the correct meat and rice with each Bowl but all of the other items were completely wrong and then topped with 5 lb of guacamole and sour cream on top that wasn't ordered in the first place, I was pretty mad to find out after I picked up & made it home! Corp gave me days of emailing back and forth with their so-called support who first offered me drink coupons I said no then sent me a you're receiving a refund email only to later find out no she put buy one get one free burrito bowls on my Chipotle account and zero refund. A week later contacted them again and got 2 hours of runaround from them again. No wonder they're local restaurants are as bad if they're corporate starts off like that, disgusting!"

"I would give zero stars if possible. The portions were ridiculously smaller than at other locations. The rice was severely undercooked and the beans were sparse. The workers were unpleasant as well. Stay clear of this place!"

"This is the worst managed fast food place I've been to. Out of the 6 times I've been here, they have been short on rice, meat & chips. Was also charged triple meat for 2 double meet orders. Seems there is no forethought on when items should be made to replenish what will go out. It's always 7 to 12 people working. Nothing should ever be short with that ammount of staff. I've come for lunch, dinner and in-between. Always the same issue of having nothing on hand."
