"This center need a diversity training. I go to chipotle all the time but usually Boardman or ysu. Well this is like my 4th time going to this one and the service and atmosphere is not welcoming at all. Each time I have left feeling unpleased with my food and service."

"Had to dig a hair out of my son's salsa. The atmosphere here is usually pretty trash. The employees aren't the nicest and just dry. The food is pretty hit or miss... tonight was definitely a miss."
"Ordered a steak bowl and a chicken bowl and as you can see the chicken bowl is laughable, that was enough for just one of the shells that I paid extra for, my husband could have used my other shell for his because the steak bowl was overflowing. This is beyond ridiculous and not worth the $35 we spent."
