Inner Circle Pizza Canfield

"Stopped coming to this location years ago, when I still lived in the Youngstown area because the service was horrible. Decided we haven’t gone to the Canfield location in so long we should try it out again, the service was even worse than I remember, our waitress could care less about our table, she actually never came back to our section after bringing us our food, then we had to wait for our check and hope she remembered we were still over there. From the time we got our food to the time we were done and ready for the check was probably 35-45 mins without seeing her, I’m not exaggerating. She then took forever to come and get payment after bringing us the check. Pizza is good, best to just take out, the loaded fries were raw on the inside, even in the picture you can see how undone they were."

"I met my wife and kids at Inner Circle after work and was terribly disappointed in the service and quality of our meal. Before having kids, my wife and I frequently dined at Inner Circle, so I was shocked that my Rueben hardly had any sauce, and my wife’s pepperoni roll was severely undercooked (see photo - the white swirl mixed with the cheese is uncooked dough). Moreover, our waitress only stopped at our table once the entire time I was there, and when I asked to have the undercooked item removed from the bill, it was replaced by a menu item that we didn’t even order. This is where my wife and I had our first date, so naturally I’m very disheartened to post such a negative review, especially after giving a four star review a few years ago."

"They charge a lot for sauce. The place can be empty, but you have to wait forever for a table. The TVs are extremely loud, and they seat you right under them."

We also ordered some beers and a couple cocktails (Marilyn Monroe Martini & Old Fashioned) - everything was tasty, especially the drinks. *Food service was fast. Cons: *We waited 20 minutes for a table on a Sunday night. *Drink service was slow. *We tried to order carrot and ranch with our wings, but they were out of carrots. *Pizza was extremely cheesy but the toppings were sparse. They charged $2.00 per topping, and we got about .25 cents worth. *We would have preferred the pizza to be cooked just a bit more; it was just past done."
