"It was 12 noon on a Tuesday and we stopped in for lunch. The whole place was empty with nobody in line. We stood there at the counter waiting for what seemed to be a really long time. Then this disheveled guy with a beard comes out really flat affect, and looked like he just got up from a long nap. Anyway, I'm ordering my food and he sharply tells me, "don't put your arm over the glass." You would have thought that I committed a crime. So harsh, bro! We won't be back. We will go across the street to Chipotle."

"Hot Head is quickly becoming one of my favorite places for lunch. I find the flexibility to customize a burrito or a bowl to be a real plus for this restaurant chain. The food is consistent, hot (heat), and can be a spicy or mild as you like. With apologies to Emeril Lagasse, I wish they had the ability to kick it up a notch, but will have to live with this minor spice disappointment. While you are there, grab yourself one of their points / rewards card. And watch the size of those burritos. As you can see in the picture, they get very big very quickly."
