"The lady that works here with the dreads I guess is having a bad day at 11:15 am didn’t want to take my drive thru order and then I open my bag taco all open and thrown in the bag. The guy that works here with the glasses likes his job thank you sir!"
"You can't pick up delivery orders in drive thru, as the window person tells you that you have to go inside that it's waiting in the lobby. Well, after going thru the line and going inside. There was no food ready and according to them they don't have a delivery order. So unorganized and completely clueless staff. I honestly did not know it took ten minutes to make tacos. I'm happy they thought it was funny."
"Walk in. Place your order on a screen for dine in and pay. Only receipt is by text or email. Once you pay, they still then tell you that your order can only be carryout. Can't cancel your order because you pay at the kiosk. Take your food to go so that you can either eat in your car or eat it cold later. Don't like cold taco bell and don't want to eat in car. No signage, no notation anywhere that you must order carryout. I seriously doubt I'll ever go to taco bell again. The sloppy nachos with the cheese oozing out the closed box was definitely not a nice touch...."
