"We used LBK Design Build to remodel our kitchen and dining area and we couldn’t have been happier with the entire experience. Starting with the initial, in-home consultation, Nick listened to what we were looking for and presented a few options and ballpark pricing. From there, working with the Joe and Julie from the Design team to bring our vision to life was awesome. Between collaborating virtually on various layouts and working in-person at their Design center to make our selections, we quickly and easily began to see how our new space would look. The expectations the team set provided a clear idea of how things would go and what we might run into, providing peace of mind for such a large project. Once construction started, the day-to-day process was great as well. Whether it was Jon, Chris, Marius or any of the other contractors, everyone who came through the house was kind, respectful and thorough in their work. We had an amazing team of workers who had various areas of expertise and really came through in executing the plans for our space. Aside from the work itself, all of the ‘support’ staff behind the scenes were very helpful throughout the process. Joanna was a great point of contact for us to run things by as the project was underway and Beth was flexible and understanding when it came to invoices and payments. When the work was done, we couldn’t believe it was our house. To take our very dated space to the modern, open floorplan we have today is nothing short of a miracle. We absolutely loved working with LBK on this project and recommend them to anyone. We have a few more projects lined up and can’t wait to work with them again."

"We engaged LBK for a large remodel of our exterior deck, siding, roof and the interior remodel of our kitchen and moving to an open floor plan. It was a complicated project, and we used LBK due to their experience and skills in design, architecture, project management(keeping the project on schedule) and managing all aspects of the work(including permitting), and sub-contractors. We did experience several issues during the project which LBK helped solve with a high level of project management and experience to resolve. We also had some water issues due to rain at a time our roof was not quite complete and they immediately helped resolve it. Overall, we are very happy with the outcome of our project and would recommend LBK without hesitation."

"We decided to use LBK for our kitchen renovation and could not be happier. They walked us through the entire process and helped us develop and put to life our perfect kitchen. The entire team at LBK worked towards making sure our needs were met and our stress was eased. They gave us a preliminary plan based on our budget, let us choose our selections, modified to our needs and taste, and then constructed the entire selection, made sure it came to completion at our satisfaction. They were upfront about the cost, made the contract very clear, were available for questions and concerns, met with us regularly to make decisions, had plenty of kitchen options and choices, team was professional, team produced quality work as they all have a great deal of experience. The carpenter that worked on site was terrific and paid a great deal of attention to detail and made sure everything was placed and done correctly. The job site was always clean and well maintained. The whole project stayed on schedule. Could not be happier with the team and entire process. Will use again in the future."

"Overall I'd say very good experience with them. To be perfectly honest there were some communication issues with our project manager that were not ideal, especially regarding the start date were some assumptions were made that we never talked about, as well as some pricing/salesmanship that we felt pushed our budget a bit high before the project started, but we corrected some of that prior to starting. Quality of work is excellent and though not perfect, the house itself was not a perfect clean slate to start with. The opened up kitchen is now by far our favorite room of the house, and the best vote of confidence is from our 14 year old who now does his homework daily at the oversize island. See the before photos and compare for yourself. PS, I would've provided 4.5 if it was an option, but I also feel they were very unfairly maligned by other reviewers for an unfortunate incident with a driver of one of the work trucks. Though a sad incident for the family, it is not right and quite vindictive for 3 people to post 1 star reviews for the actions of one individual out of an entire company who was driving a truck where a pet was killed."

"Luxury Bath & Kitchens (LBK) is AMAZING! Their team is professional, knowledgeable and wonderful to work with! We hired LBK to remodel our kitchen and could not be happier! LBK exceeded our expectations from consult through completion. This was our first time hiring a remodeling company as we are “do-it-yourselfers” with our fixer upper. I would recommend LBK to all of my friends and family."
