"Incredibly lazy employees I go in and there's nobody in the store the guy looks at me like I'm lost and asked what I was looking for and told him I was doing drywall and needed some supplies I told him I had never done it before and I need to tape and sand the drywall so asked him what I needed and he took me to the putty but that's about where his assistant ended after 2 or 3 questions he knew less and less until he just started acting like he didn't know anything It seems this guy thought he was a salesman and nothing else We didn't even make it to the tape This is with no one in the store Go to true value instead Garbage service in here"

Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Like any hardware, they may not have *exactly* what you want, but they will help you get the job done."

"I’ve been a regular customer since this location opened about two months ago, buying small things here and there. It has been convenient having them close to my house. Tonight I came by in an emergency at 6:55 pm (they close at 7 pm) as the kid working was locking the door. Rather than let me in, he stared at me blankly through the windows like I couldn’t see him. I yelled to ask if they were open and even tried to just get a thumbs up or down gesture from him in case he couldn’t hear me. Ended up having to take my $174.38 order to Home Depot."
