"Lady handling food at 3:28pm was rubbing her face, nose and cleaning something from the corner of her eye. Although I know that people often do that but when you are doing that you need to be more conscious when handling peoples food. I did not mention it, and I purchased my item and kept on going because I did not want to put her on blast and cause a scene. However, please discuss this with your staff members. This happened at the Johns Hopkins Starbucks on Wolfe Street today November 2 at 3:28 PM. I purchased a piece of Banana nut loaf. Absolutely disgusting. I’m addition she did not have on gloves. Not sure if this is your custom."

"A disappointing Experience and Unacceptable Service Rating is 1 star because zero is not an option This starbucks was an utter disappointment, marked by abysmal service. First thing is that I never received the coffee I ordered and I waited almost like half an hour but the most frustrating part was the level of disinterest the staff had to answer my simple questions. Please look elsewhere for both decent service and a cup of coffee."

"I’ve ordered about three times since they’ve opened and they’ve gotten my drink wrong every time. They seem to just glance at the order and are very distracted by their own conversations. They remake the order, but don’t pay attention to customizations like no whipped cream. Overall, not terrible but there’s definitely lot of room for improvement!"

"The Starbucks located within the hospital needs improvement. The cashier displayed a sign indicating that only online orders were being accepted. However, when approached, it appeared in-store orders could still be made. This was confusing for customers. The cashier seemed rather impatient, especially evident when she appeared dismissive to an elderly lady just trying to order a coffee. While the rest of the staff were courteous, the behavior of the individual at the cashier during my visit on 08/30/2023 at 10:40 am was unsatisfactory."
