"We love this office we haven’t experienced any of what the other reviews said in the 6 months we’ve been going there. When I was there last I head them say to someone on the phone no one cancels anymore they just no call no show so that probably contributes to not having any sick visits available."

"Clean, kind, informative, and caring. This practice provides books to your baby at every visit and patiently answered every question we had as first time parents. The location is easy to find and avoids the issue of city traffic."

"I’ve been taking my two and a half year old here since she was born. She has been in the primary care of Dr.Kaminski which we absolutely love! Although my daughter has seen three other doctors, and not one has compared. There was one doctor who was very rude and arrogant. I won’t say names, just know if your looking for a good pediatric doctor, make sure you see Dr. Kaminski. I’m not sure how your experience will go if you see anyone else."

"The absolute worst pediatric office I’ve ever heard of. I haven’t taken my son here for a sick appointment in literally years because they never have any available (supposedly). It’s impossible to get anything filled out or signed and seeing a specialist takes months (or may never happen) which is why at 9 years old my autistic son has been to see a developmental pediatrician ONE time (it took them FIVE YEARS to get him in to see her and when we finally met her via telehealth, she was useless anyway). The receptionist staff is lazy, they take two hours for lunch (they can't install an answering machine?) and sometimes “forget” to plug the phone back in when they return, and the office constantly seems to be drowning in the oceanic depths of their own incompetence. How many overpaid staff members does it take to remember to keep the vaccine fridge plugged in and the phones turned on? Nurses vary from rude to outright cruel and seem to have no patience and no clue how to address a special needs child; which is fascinating considering how hard they push for Early Intervention. The office is greedy, taking on new patients when they obviously can't handle the ones they have; and they are more than happy to take payment from low-income families but their bias is apparent and those who don't have private insurance are treated like garbage. I had hoped for matters to improve when Dr. Bigelow joined the staff, but no such luck. The actual pediatricians are okay, I suppose, if you can ever get in to see them - we can’t. Wellness visits are never available. I waited all day for a phone call for a sick appointment which never came and when I finally called them 5 minutes before closing I was informed they were “short-staffed.” As if any parent with a sick child cares about that. Glad I kept my kid home from school and canceled all our plans for nothing - next time I’ll just take him to Patient First like I usually do, instead of wasting my time with these fools. Unfortunately, they make trying to leave next to impossible; charging outrageous fees seemingly at a whim for the patient records that rightfully belong to us anyway; another reviewer paid $10 for their records which is still too much, but we were told the fee was $25 - where does that extra money go?"

"I have never once had an issue with anyone in the office. They are always helpful and want to make sure everything is taken care of. I have one child with ADD & a metabolic mutation and another with allergies and chronic ear infections and fevers. I feel like sometimes as parents we think our child needs to be seen for anything we feel is wrong. That is not always the case, if it is something that they cannot treat (viruses, etc) there is no reason to bring your kid into an office where they can pick up a sickness or expose healthy kids to a simple cold. If I really felt my child needed to be seen, they always fit me in. They have referred me to a specialist, but only if necessary. All the nurses are very kind to my kids and the doctors are always willing to answer my questions. I also have never had any issues with the office on vaccinations (always available when I choose to do them). I felt like my daughter was delayed in speech and her doctor gave me information, but allowed me to decide if we are to pursue or not (at this stage she so young, it could change with one growth spurt). I recommend them to anyone. Plus CHOP is the best children's hospital to be affiliated with. We don't realize how lucky we are to be so close to such amazing resources."
