My suede boots were destroyed and Vittorio fixed what I thought was lost. They are literally like new. I love these people for their kindness and excellence work. This is a lost art brought back to life. I will only ever give them my business!"

"I don’t normally write reviews but I felt like it would be a crime if I stayed silent. I wanted to surprise my boyfriend by repairing his favorite shoes but I didn’t know where to start. I remembered seeing this shop downtown and decided to give it a go. Let me just say he did a fantastic job repairing the soles. I didn’t know what to expect but the service was incredible. I was quoted way less for the repair than I thought I would be and the shop owner was so generous and I feel like I got more than I should have. The man is one of high integrity and I can’t express my gratitude more! He went above and beyond, and he was so understanding and thoughtful. I’m glad I stopped in. I have other pairs of shoes I want to get fixed up so I will definitely be coming back. If you never tried getting your shoes repaired before, I recommend coming here. I promise you won’t regret it!"

"Cannot speak highly enough about this shop. I took a pair of 15 year old boots that I love there to get cleaned up and put new heals on. They came back looking barely a couple years old. Owner will have my business for life."

"Absolutely fantastic job restoring my $500 Frye boots. I forgot to take good before and after pics because I immediately started wearing my boots again. They replaced the sole for a sturdy tread and my heel which I ground to a nub. They also replaced my left boot strap that another cobbler had attempted to replace but had done a less than ideal job(holes were not aligned and strap was noticeably unevenly cut). Fantastic work! I think total cost was around $100 - deff worth it because I had requested a lot done and thicker replacements parts, most thankful for the replaced strap of the replacement strap bc the work done prior from a diff cobbler was not good."

"I’ve been coming here for years. I once took a pair of my Louboutins to some cobbler that absolutely ruined them, so I browsed and found this shop and I never went anywhere else and never plan to. I’ve been coming here for years for my red bottoms and luxury bag needs. The owner is fabulous and his wife is a sweetheart. They love to see what I’ll bring in to them and I enjoy chatting every time. They are knowledgeable about what they can and can’t fix and the best care for your leather needs. I’ll probably keep bringing in my items here until he finally retires(hopefully not for a very long time!) He has a good turn around time and is honest with you on your repair.
