"The coffee was great but service was AWFUL. We were a sizable group of people so I understand, however, we came in 30 minutes till close and it looked like the employee was already closing up and cleaning. The employee had a really bad attitude and was snappy at us and just made us all really uncomfortable. After we got our drinks and walked out, the employee walked out after us so I guess we walked in as they were closing, which I can understand the frustration, since I’ve been there myself. However, that is absolutely no way to treat anyone. Only reason they’re not getting a 1 star is because we were happy that the coffee tasted great."
"AMAZING coffee-but HORRIBLE service. very rude. im sure she probably had a very bad day but that doesn’t give an excuse. everyone that came with me had a bad experience too. on a good note— she did make extremely good coffee!"
"Always spot on with your coffee. Worth it to pay for consistency. I can't count how many times I've ordered coffees from DD and had to throw them away from being unconsumable. With Starbucks you're paying for consistency and quality."
