Firehouse Subs Prince Frederick

"This particular Firehouse on this particular day (this was our first visit to this Firehouse) was excellent. We'll be back to try it again. The one in St. Mary's County, however, is not very good."

"On 12/1/23 in the evening. Me and my buddy came in and ordered sandwiches and the guy taking my order screwed up our order he accidentally got lettuce and tomato put on my sandwich which I did not want on there and it made the bread all soggy. everything else on there was correct. The girl I believe Monica that came in later and made our sandwiches was very friendly and she actually put both our sandwiches in separate bags as we requested."

"When they’re open, they do not answer the phone. They have both DoorDash and Grubhub set to not accept orders hours before they close. They stop answering phone orders 2-3 hours before they close. It’s very clear that they DO NOT want to work or do their jobs after about 4pm. If I owned this store, I would COMPLETELY clean house and get an entirely new staff."

"Around mid December 2022 we received several discount coupons in our home mail for use at the Prince Frederick, MD Firehouse Subs. On 12/14/2022 we decided to get takeout at Firehouse Subs since I had well over 10,000 reward points for use of a free sub. I ordered two large subs and expected to get one for free along with my free chips for being a military veteran with 8 years of Navy service. I also has the coupons that we received in our home mail and expect to get free chips and fountain drink for the purchase my wife's large sub. The female associate that took my order told me that they only give the free veteran chips only one day of the week on Monday. She also told me that they would not accept the coupon since I was getting a free sub by using my rewards points. When I got home I found the large double meat turkey sub that I ordered for myself was extremely wet and fell apart when I tried to pick it up. I completed the purchase survey and received a mail response from the Firehouse Sub district manager. I tried to contact him several time by phone and email, but after several weeks he never responded. I have never been in a FIrehouse Subs that does not give free chips and fountain drink to military veterans every day of the week. No one from Firehouse Subs has contacted me in the last month to discuss this issue"

"I am soooooo disappointed. I just ordered sandwiches for dinner tonight and I will never eat at another Firehouse Subs. This medium sandwich cost $10.40. And it's not even worth it. All I keep saying is $10.40. Seriously! 2 chips missing. My daughter drink missing. And what they say? Contact Doordash... Word? Firehouse packs the bags. Not doordash. I am soooooo disappointed. OhMyGosh am I ever. $10.40. Seriously!?"
