"The lady at the register was so rude. I was trying to order a matcha latte and I was debating what size I should get which only took a few seconds, but she told me to hurry up with an attitude. The latte I got tasted like straight up milk. It felt like she wasn’t trying to make it right. She also treated the other customers poorly as well."
"The fat lady at the register was incredibly rude and got my order wrong. When I went to get my correct order, she slammed the coffee on the counter while giving me a mean look. When I was in the process of paying for my food, she told me to hurry up even though I wasn’t taking long"
"The service here was incredibly terrible. The lady with the glasses at the register took her time and was so unnecessarily unfriendly and gave a rude attitude. I asked to order food and she just said they weren’t serving food anymore when it was available to order on the app and previous customers before me were ordering. She also got my order wrong, giving me an iced coffee when I ordered hot coffee, and when I told her it was wrong, she rolled her eyes saying I said iced, when I clearly said hot. She then slammed my hot coffee on the counter, making it splatter a little and walked away. I don’t even want to drink this coffee, it’s probably poorly made. Waste of my time and money."
"I went there to get donuts. Since I went there late hour they were out of donuts. However the lady there was so nice that she saw my long face and gave me free cakes! This what you call customer service!"
"I ordered on the mobile app. I usually get whipped cream in my coffee. There is no way to add whipped cream on the mobile app. Asked the young lady at the window to add whipped cream and she said No. I explained I could not add whipped cream on the app. Asked to speak to a manager and she said "Why?" I didn't have time to argue so I just Left. I will limit my visits to that location now!"
