"I stopped by there on my way home late on Sunday evening (like 10ish) and the line of the drive-thru was wrapped around the building. With that drive-thru you cannot get out until you're at the order screen. So I was in line like 30 mins! While I waited, I looked inside to see only TWO employees running the whole place! When I got to the window I asked if it was just them and he said yep 3 employees, one guy on the grill, one taking orders, one taking payments and beverages. With all that going on, my order was hot, fresh and CORRECT! And the service was friendly. When does that EVER happen at McDonald's?! I never expect that at McDonald's but these guys kept the place running and well! I said a prayer for them because man... McDonald's would've been closed that night if I was working there!"
"Slowest service I've ever had! Placed a mobile order while I walked in from the parking lot hoping to get a quick bite on the road. It took over 30 minutes to get my food. Enormous waste of my time."
"I totally love this McDonald's the staff don't get paid enough. If you're lucky go in the mornings and ask for Alex to make your breakfast sandwich you can thank me later folks also I highly recommend using the McDonald's app to maximize your visit with deals that can't be beat.."
"I know it's McD's and there isn't much to be desired, but the once a month I visit they always get my order wrong. You'd think I would learn my lesson, but if I'm looking for a quick meal, this is where I go. Every single time I order a QP Deluxe, it's just a QPC. Every. Single. Time. And I totally understand all the issues with fast food work and worker treatment. I just don't understand how it happens every time I order this sandwich. Managers need to take some time with quality control or staff your restaurants so people aren't overworked."
"I ordered a large fry on mobile order and after 30 minutes I went to the counter. I saw that they knocked down my bag on the staging area next to the happy meal boxes and overlooked it. That's why it took so long. I think the staff needs to better training."
