"My "go to" Panera. I have been going here daily since it opened, unless I am out of town. The staff are excellent, friendly and helpful, who keep the place in great shape. The fireplace is a good touch during the cold weather adding to the cozy atmosphere. Finally, you can't go wrong with the food. Check it out."
"This particular Panera has gone significantly downhill in the last few years. My family orders here often and EVERY single time they forget to put something we ordered in the bag, to the point that we check the bags while still in the building before going home. Though the quality of food has never been an issue. But tonight, we ordered the caprese melt (as I always do since it’s one of few vegetarian items on the menu) and they toasted and wrapped the baguette with nothing in it but tomatoes. It’s the saddest sandwhich I’ve ever seen. I will not be ordering from this Panera again. I’ve never experienced another restaurant that messes up your order consistently. Honestly this food is too expensive to be this disappointing."
"They completely forgot to put my chocolate croissant in my takeout bag and someone even signed/checked it off to “verify”. The sandwich tasted pretty good though."
"It was a good experience. Sadly they did not have the bread bowl so I ended up getting a favorite. Chicken salad. And I also tried their Mac n cheese. The max n cheese not too fond of it. A bit watery, not sure if it was reheated or made on the day of."
"Literally the worst Panera. I order from Panera at least 3-4times a week. I typically always order the same meal. What I get in Tyson’s or Gainesville is different to what I get at this location. I have attached a picture of the advertised sandwich to what I get at this location. I mentioned it to two different managers to the point where I decided to leave my food and no longer order from this place. 3 times in 1 week I got a chicken noodle soup with no chicken or noodles just broth.. then a sandwich with watery chicken. I went to Tysons ordered the same meal the next day completely different in quantity of meat and appearance."
