Breanna took the time to help even though I’m sure they were closing soon! "I contacted BWoody to perform a complete brake overhaul on my 2009 Mustang. I had all the parts sent to BWoody and they called me with daily updates on calipers that had to be returned numerous times. "Used there products on my Rams before and loved them. Well, except there bolts that rust in about 2 weeks in Minnesota.. I change them to stainless. I purchased their set for my 2011 grand cherokee and took them off after a month. Ride was so stiff it was uncomfortable, links rubbed off powder coating on rear, front links rubbed CV boot which they claim is acceptable, and of course the rusty bolts that I planned on replacing. Customer service did nothing but email me telling me i must have done this or that wrong even though I had everything looked over by a certified mechanic. After my response to their 1st email I now haven't heard back in a week and assume I'm out $200+.. last time I will deal with them. Only reason the 2 star is liked my Ram links so some products are good just not the older WK2 Jeep apparently. Pics below are after ONE month.."
