"Around 18 months ago my car's engine caught on fire driving back from New England to Florida. We were driving back from my Mother's funeral when this happened. We were towed at 4am to Goodyear in Abingdon from I95. No hotels vacant we slept in the cold in my car till Goodyear opened. Cold and miserable we meet with the owner Paul when Goodyear opened that morning. These people were amazing! So compassionate and helpful. Wonderful customer service. My car was beyond what they could do but they helped us make arrangements to transfer the car elsewhere. The next day we found a hotel nearby and my husband realized he left his insulin in the refrigerator at Goodyear. We called Goodyear and Paul drove it to our hotel! Amazing people! It's a long time coming, but thank you so much for all your help during a terrible time. Would not hesitate to recommend these wonderful people!"

"My husband, Bob stopped at Goodyear in Abingdon MD today to get windshield wiper blades put on his car. The manager Paul helped him out as soon as he walked in and asked Dave to put it on for him. He did not have to wait at all. They were both very friendly and helpful. I have dealt with this location for probably 20 years getting tires, oil changes, brakes and general maintenance on our cars and they have always been very helpful and responsive to what we need. We keep going back to Goodyear because they provide quality service for us. Thank you Goodyear Abingdon!"
