"BUYER BEWARE (ALEX /Parts manager): I recently came here for a value cover bolt for my Honda. The part was not in the current inventory. I had to pre-pay to get the part into their inventory. While waiting for the part to arrive to their location, I went online and got the same part the very same day. I went back to pickup the part and to let them know that I would not need the part and just would like a full refund as I did not take delivery of the part. Well ALEX (the parts manager) told me that I would be responsible for a 20% restocking fee. IN THIS CASE I LITERALLY JUST GAVE THE DEALERSHIP 20% JUST BECAUSE. I NEVER TOOK OWNERSHIP OF THE PART! If I was told this in the beginning then I would have NEVER ordered this part from DARCARS Honda Part Center. Moral of this review: Whatever you buy from this location make sure that you actually need it.... as you will NOT GET A FULL REFUND regardless of the circumstances! BTW I gave 2 stars because JASON at the parts desk is really helpful and knowledgeable. I encourage people to leave more reviews for this place as the reviews really speak to the experience that you will have when you visit a place such as this. IF YOU NEED AUTO PARTS go to rockauto / parts geeks....but do not go to DARCARS Honda Parts Center in Bowie, MD and stay clear of ALEX (the Parts Manager)."
