"Dropped in to pick up a coffee on my way to a conference and was greeted by one of the most pleasant people. J.J. Is an amazing asset to this location. Everyone was greeted with a happy upbeat greeting. My coffee was delivered with a smile and a “how are you doing today”! When leaving a big “have a good one was conveyed”. It started my day off right with positive energy!"
"horrible experience here the cashier Tay is very rude I don't know if she was in a bad mood but she was very offensive when I asked her what she had since the pumpkin spice is sold out, You tell me everything else then let me see and he told me I need it quickly, I bought the mocha hot and it is horrible, what differentiates it from other stores I won't be coming back here"
"The coffee was well made and in a nice location. However, it took 13 minutes for my 1 drink to be made and I was the only person in line. It’s obvious that they make all mobile orders first, as many drinks were being made without anyone in the store."
"Very disappointed in the cleanliness and upkeep of this location. It’s in a very cool and live location and hoping to come in to a clean Starbucks. The drink was made exceptionally well. Just tighten up on the tidying."
